Quality Control

Quality Control Department tests all ingredients involved with softgel production for purity as well as contaminants.  The Quality Control (QC) is actively involved throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.  Our QC staff is composed by chemists, microbiologists, technicians, as well as a color expert.

In house scientists in QC test all raw materials received.  All formulated products and gelatin are blended in a clean room blending facility.  All products are tested by in-house laboratory staff.  Samples of all products are also collected and tested. 


These inspection processes insure proper sealing, formulation, color, texture, and fill volume for encapsulated products.
