Captek Softgel International's quality control department is actively involved in all aspects of our manufacturing process.

We begin by requiring vendor certification. Then, our in-house scientists test all raw materials received.

All formulated products and gelatin are blended in our clean room blending facility. Products are then held for additional testing by our in-house laboratory staff.

Samples of all products produced are continuously collected and tested. This insures proper seal, formulation, color, texture and fill volume for your encapsulated products.
